On Wednesday 7th September, Stars Foundation held their 5th Annual Barefoot Fashion Show.
The girls spent weeks planning and designing their outfit along with selecting other outfits for casual and evening wear to wear on the Catwalk. Our senior students also were involved in the organisation of the event with tasks such as organising catering, decorations, speaking with Elder for Welcome to Country, Invitations and other plans for on the day setup and preparations. This was great for them to complete and record their own allocated task as part of their Big Picture Education Community Project.
The event was a huge success with us receiving some very positive feedback from parents, staff and community members. We are very proud of our girls and are so excited to see what next year will bring.
