Health & Wellbeing Services
Supporting the health and wellbeing of students and their families is an important part of the Connected Community School initiative. We work alongside local agencies and service providers to improve access to support for students and families. We have a health and wellbeing services board located in the Welcome Room at the CCS Hub with flyer and pamphlets for different services.
Below we also have a list of both local and national organisations and support programs that can support families and may include health programs, wellbeing initiatives, counselling support and referral pathways to accessing services. Click on the title of each service to be taken directly to their website for further information.
